Directory Palestine is an international peace initiative born from the understanding that traditional approaches to the Israeli–Palestinian conflict have reached their limit. Peace cannot be built through force. It begins with will, trust, and the courage to think differently.
The events of October 7, 2023, were not only a tragedy for Israel and Palestine — they marked a turning point for all humanity. That day revealed how fragile life truly is, and how costly the failure to escape the spiral of violence has become. Seventy years of suffering, two nations, two truths, two worlds of pain — and one sacred land that still holds the possibility of peace, if we choose to build it together.
Directory Palestine is not a political slogan, but a structural proposal for peace — a neutral, transitional Directory designed to unite Palestinians, the diaspora, and the international community around common values: security, development, trust, and mutual respect.
Establishment of a neutral international administration for a transitional period;
Ensuring security and protection for both Israelis and Palestinians;
Restoring trust through shared economic and infrastructure projects;
Building a new digital model of governance — transparent, inclusive, and accountable;
Developing a progressive Islamic framework (Integrative Islamic Progressivism) — merging spiritual heritage with modern science, technology, and humanism.
Directory Palestine is neither a state nor a political party. It is a governance concept — a new format of dialogue where technology, faith, and human reason serve peace.
Its mission is to unify Palestinian voices worldwide, establish a digital participatory platform, and create a transparent system of representation and decision-making, verified and supported by international observers.
We appeal to the leaders of nations and international organizations:
To review and discuss the Directory Palestine initiative at international forums;
To support it as a genuine opportunity for a new architecture of peace in the Middle East;
To demonstrate that even in the darkest moments, humanity can still choose imagination over despair.
Today, your decisions will determine what tomorrow becomes — another day of tragedy, or the first step toward peace.
We believe that the united will of humanity can break the circle of fear and pain.
